We don’t have kids yet, but I have been intrigued by how many restaurants offer a free meal for your kids when adults purchase an entree. It seems like a great way to minimize your meal expense by not having to pay for the kids! So, I did some digging and found 10 different places that you can get a free meal for your kids.
Disclaimer: While the research I did showed these restaurants had some kind of free kids deal, I suggest contacting the restaurant to be sure the same deal applies in your area.

Great list! We’ll definitely take advantage of the Red Robin offer. We eat there anyway, but weren’t aware they had kids eat free days.
Bob–you hit one out of the park with this one!
This is a time when I wish my kids were under 12 (the only time!)
When the get past 12, their appetites grow, and so do the food bills. We eat out a lot less than we used to.
I did not know that kids ate for free at CiCi’s Pizza! That’s great information to know. This list can come in very handy, and thanks again for all your great information, I will be returning to read more soon.
Great list. I’m surprised how generous Boston Market is! It’s a great way to get people in though, because eating out is expensive.
hmm… that is really interesting. This would be nice if the quality of food is OK. Do you still feel parents would bring their kids for free foods with these places?
Hmmm, not so sure about this one. Healthy options are better options especially when it comes to eating habits and kids. Teach them young, I say.
I agree with Stefan that I’d prefer my 3 grandchildren be taught good eating habits right from the start, that’s how they eat when the visit their two DP grandafathers here, but I also think that your list could very well serve as a “once a month treat” so that they learn that eating out in moderation isn’t bad either. Taking them out to eat provides the opportunity to show them how to make good eating decisions even at restaurants and not just at home, then when they’re out with their friends they’ll have the knowledge to decide for themselves what to order… of course, there needs to be a lesson or two about resisting peer pressure and the “in-crowd” as well, or else it’s a lost cause. Thanks for the article!!
