		<description>Great Post yes.   Money Management starts with the budget.  After all fixed expenses are paid, put yourself on an allowance system so you dont go over.   You and others in your family get a set amount of $ each &quot;payday&quot; and you get to spend that $ as you please.  You dont go over budget because you can only spend what is given to you each payday.  The allowance gives you money on a regular basis, keeps you within budget, which is the obvious goal.  The allowance money, that is split amongst all family members, is given out after all other necessary and fixed expenses are taken out of the budget.  Therefore, you are guaranteed not to spend more than you make.
