Will & Trust Documents
Our Will and Trust documents are outdated, What form would you suggest we use or resource is avaliable to help us with this process? What web sites are avaliable that would help me update our information?

I used Quicken Willmaker for mine. It's a simple piece of software that asks you a few questions and prints out your will. I thought it was pretty easy to use. You can order online and probably buy from places you would normally buy Quicken software.
There is also uslegalforms.com, which is a site Dave Ramsey recommends, but I don't know how good it is.
You can also go pay an estate attorney to do it for you. I'm not sure how good these "do it yourself" type forms are, or how well they may stand up in court if challenged. It was good enough for me because I don't have tons of money or kids. I did it more so people would know what I wanted done, not to stand up against some huge legal battle.
