I would love to win this for my mother. She “gets a lot done” but not happily, or stress-free, or without a lot of work up to the last minute (or leaving other things UN-done).

Sounds like a great book from which my husband, especially, could benefit. Thank you for your blog. I’m fairly new to it and have been enjoying the insights.

I would love to have this to read. I am always on the go and trying to get things done, however they are not always stress free. Maybe this book would help.

Good read bOb! I love that book and have found it to be extremely helpful managing my “stuff”. There are a number of great software packages out there to help facility GTD as well as add-ins for Outlook. I use OmniFocus on Mac. Allen’s website also has some podcasts and other resources, and there’s are tons of GTD resources on lifehacker.com.

So, I guess we can expect MORE posts from you now that you’re getting things done….cuz you’ve been slacking lately dude. ;-)

I took this book out from the library last summer, loved it, then asked for (and received) a copy for Christmas, read it again, and then have had trouble keeping my hands on it since as others in my life read my copy!

A second copy would be wonderful — the only problem would be knowing who to give it to!

I think it’s a good and helpful book. I would like to have it.

Nikki W June 8, 2008 at 5:24 pm

This book would be a wonderful help to me. I am overcommitted, and have too many things to do and seemingly not enough time. I’ve been asked to teach a Bible study this summer – I’m unclear on how I can manage but know I will do it. I’ve heard that David Allen’s material is very good – I just don’t know enough about the principles to apply them!
Thank you!
