As some of you may know I have been working with the team over at DebtGoal.com in the development of the program. DebtGoal is now up and running and if you are trying to pay off your debt, I encourage you try it out and let me know what you think.
What is it?
As the title of the post suggests, Debtgoal is a debt management program that guides you on a step-by-step plan to pay off your debts. It is completely free, all you need to do is plug in a little information about your account balances and it then calculates how much you need to pay towards each debt in the given month so that you can reach your goal. Just like Jenny Craig for your debt – right?
Have you tried it out?
If you are a current DebtGoal user or have tried it out let me know what you like and don’t like about it in the comments…

I tried it out. It seems to be a good idea but I don’t think they have the calculator working correctly yet. The site says it’s still in Alpha so I’m guessing they’re still working out the kinks.
