That quote is right. Money, or the lack of money, cannot bring happiness. Only God can do that. Our relationship with Jesus Christ is the secret to contentment in any situation – poverty or wealth.

How you live in general is a big key in happiness. Living and honest, simpler, life with something that gives you a sense of purpose or meaning. The pursuit of happiness.. by doing something that you enjoy, that also gives value to others like this blog– it is inherently a good thing, because it is giving people the knowledge they need to function more effectively in their financial lives. The creators of this blog are more likely to be happy than someone sitting on a couch for hours mindlessly watching television.
