We decided to spluge (and do some economy stimulating) and we have proceeded to spend our entire check redoing our laundry room. Of course, it wouldn't have cost too much to redo the 30 sq ft room, except that all except about $200 of our check went to buying a new washer and dryer. We're hoping that by buying energy star efficient models, then it might save on other bills, and then having higher capacity models will save on some time doing laundry. Once we get everything delivered and done (painting, new flooring, etc.), I'm going to post before and after pictures on my blog. Ours arrived just about the same time as yours.
