Dark Chocolate Giveaway

Another dark chocolate giveaway? Yep – it’s great isn’t it? vere dark chocolate.jpg

Kathy from Vere (pronounced “Very”) sent me a sample and sent some for the giveaway as well! So this week we will be giving away some Vere Dark Chocolate.

I think she wanted to prove to me that Vere is better than the New Tree Dark Chocolate we gave away 2 weeks ago…

Here is my verdict…

From what I have had so far, I am very pleased. My wife says that it is the “darkest” chocolate she has ever had and we both agree that the flavor is great. The cocao content is 75%, but yet it isn’t too bitter – it is nice and smooth and very rich.

I also love that the bars are all natural and organic. Then to add to that (for all who don’t know) dark chocolate has more antioxidants than just about anything else you can put into your body. So it is almost as good for me as eating spinach

And just to warn you, if you are a milk chocolate eater – this is a lot different. I used to just eat milk chocolate and slowly aquired the taste for super-dark chocolate, so if you are not there yet it’s okay. If you are, then get in on this – it is a good one!
